La d\u00e9sindustrialisation, le d\u00e9senchantement des classes moyennes et la mont\u00e9e de la pr\u00e9carit\u00e9 mettaient sous pression la population. La crise des \u00ab\u00a0gilets jaunes\u00a0\u00bb par sa soudainet\u00e9 et sa violence a cr\u00e9\u00e9 un choc mais n\u2019a pas d\u00e9bouch\u00e9 sur un changement de cap.<\/p>\n<p>Les pouvoirs publics semblaient de plus en plus d\u00e9sempar\u00e9s et sans illusion face \u00e0 l\u2019action des forces \u00e9conomiques dont l\u2019origine d\u00e9passe le cadre fran\u00e7ais. L\u2019\u00e9pid\u00e9mie n\u2019a pas effac\u00e9 ces probl\u00e8mes ; elle les a accentu\u00e9s. Malgr\u00e9 les retards, les tergiversations, l\u2019\u00c9tat a, au prix d\u2019un interventionnisme sans pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent en p\u00e9riode de paix, compens\u00e9 les effets de la crise pour un grand nombre de Fran\u00e7ais. Le \u00ab quoi qu\u2019il en co\u00fbte \u00bb a \u00e9vit\u00e9 de nombreux drames, mais ne nous leurrons pas, il nous faudra bien, un jour ou l\u2019autre, payer la note. Ni la Banque Centrale Europ\u00e9enne, ni l\u2019Allemagne, ni les Pays-Bas nous sortiront de l\u2019orni\u00e8re dans laquelle nous nous sommes gliss\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>La France vit au-dessus de ses moyens depuis une quarantaine d\u2019ann\u00e9es. Nous diff\u00e9rons l\u2019assainissement des comptes publics d\u2019\u00e9lection en \u00e9lection. Au nom de l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat \u00e9lectoral, aucune majorit\u00e9 n\u2019a le courage de prendre r\u00e9ellement des mesures de r\u00e9duction des d\u00e9ficits\u00a0; pour autant, \u00e0 l\u2019exception de 2007, aucune majorit\u00e9 ne survit \u00e0 elle-m\u00eame depuis 1981. La seule solution dont use et abuse le pouvoir, quel que soit sa tendance, est l\u2019augmentation des pr\u00e9l\u00e8vements obligatoires, une augmentation qui, dans les faits, n\u2019am\u00e9liore pas le solde public mais permet une progression des d\u00e9penses.<\/p>\n<p>Cette fuite en avant place la France en t\u00eate des pays occidentaux, aussi bien pour les d\u00e9penses publiques que pour les imp\u00f4ts. Nous n\u2019en finissons pas de creuser notre propre tombe. La hausse des contributions alt\u00e8re notre comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9, ce qui am\u00e8ne des destructions d\u2019emplois obligeant les pouvoirs publics \u00e0 augmenter les prestations sociales. Cette politique est sans-issue car un jour ou l\u2019autre la banqueroute nous menacera. Ce jour, nul ne peut encore pr\u00e9dire quand il interviendra. Cependant, l\u2019histoire nous enseigne que les investisseurs ne font pas ind\u00e9finiment confiance \u00e0 un pays dont le moteur \u00e9conomique s\u2019\u00e9tiole et dont les capacit\u00e9s de rebond s\u2019effritent sous le poids des divisions. Avant qu\u2019il ne soit trop tard, la France aurait tout int\u00e9r\u00eat de changer de trajectoire.<\/p>\n<p>Opter pour l\u2019innovation, la recherche, l\u2019offre est une ardente obligation tout comme une r\u00e9duction des \u00e9tages administratifs et une remise en cause des syst\u00e8mes automatiques de distribution des cr\u00e9dits\u2026.
